Elf House Christmas Set
onBuilding on the triumph of The Polar Express and the Janssen Pharmaceutical displays in 2021 and 2022, we have amplified the Elf House Christmas set to new heights. These additional pieces are designed to enhance any Christmas scene, bringing it to life with intricate detail and providing visitors with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to interact with the set and snap memorable selfies.
Santa’s Work Shop
onSanta’s Workshop comprises of four intricately designed elf workstations, a warm fireplace, and a enchanted door that opens with a unique candy cane lever. With charming lights and garlands, this versatile set can be customized by adjusting scenes visible through the windows. Additionally, it is ideal for various indoor settings.
Santa’s Red Grotto
onSantra’s Red Grotto showcases four carefully selected fenced houses decorated with garlands, fairy lights, gold, and red baubles. The festive atmosphere is enhanced by candy canes, shimmering snow, and an overall magical vibe. This setup is flexible, allowing for the arrangement of interchangeable sections, including scenes that can be changed in the windows.

Christmas was one of the first events Karl was inspired to create. The magic and imagery around Christmas was always a huge inspiration. The premise for Christmas events is basing the experience around family and the memories created whilst being together during this special season. Interactive experiential walks between heart-warming Disney inspired grotto scenes with elaborate and playful characters. A classic grotto scene with the traditional elements that parents expect from a Christmas event is crucial, as well as including an immersive theatrical production with actors and script to entertain and capture the audience. The scenes are beautifully constructed to be visually stunning whilst also interactive to the customer. With added elements such as animation, special effects and animatronics, which all adds to the spirit of Christmas.

The Largest scale Christmas Productions we created have previously been at the Model Railway Village in Clonakilty Cork, the RDS Dublin and City west Convention center, Dublin, Ireland.
2022 Christmas: The Polar Express
onOnce again, in our second year at Clonakilty’s Model Village, we turned their popular attraction into an interactive Christmas extravaganza featuring animatronics, live actors, and elaborate sets. Building on the success of the previous year, we incorporated some of the crowd-favourite elements while expanding and enhancing other areas to create an even more memorable experience for visitors.
Starting with the design phase, we created a fully immersive, enchanting Christmas wonderland that included everything from the sets and props to animatronics, lights, and sound effects. We carefully integrated our theatrical production with the unique and picturesque Clonakilty venue to provide a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
In addition to the technical aspects, we also trained the performers to ensure that they delivered an unforgettable immersive experience for each timed ticket show. Over the course of December, we held a total of 295 individual shows, each featuring a fully trained cast of performers who brought the magic of Christmas to life.

2022-2024 Christmas Display at Janssen Pharmaceutical
onIn 2021, we were asked to create a vast outdoor immersive Christmas display scene for Janssen. The theme of the exhibit was a winter wonderland, complete with charming elf houses adorned with colorful baubles, candy canes, and lollipops, reminiscent of a typical elf winter village. Each house was thoughtfully designed to serve as a selfie spot for guests, allowing them to capture memorable photos as well as including an immersive element to the scenes. Additionally, the display boasted numerous Christmas trees that led visitors down a winding path of bark to a snow-dusted scene where they could meet Father Christmas sitting atop an enormous ice sculpture throne, surrounded by snow. The winter wonderland was enclosed by white fences adorned with decorative garlands, and the entire exhibit was illuminated with warm white twinkling lights.
Moreover, we also decked out the entrance to the Janssen building with festive decorations, including giant red and gold baubles festooning the garlands on the front archway. Nearby trees and bushes were also embellished with baubles, and a massive 40ft Christmas tree added to the merriment of the season.
As we continued to work with Janssen, we enhanced the experience by adding animatronics and interactive windows, hence creating a more engaging and memorable experience for all those attending.

2021-2023 Christmas: The Polar Express
onThe Polar Express in Clonakilty, Co. Cork
We were approached by Clonakilty’s Model Village in 2021 to transform their established attraction into a Christmas event space. This would be the Model Village’s first year working with us doing a live, interactive Christmas show with animatronics, live actors and set. After initial design stages we transformed the space into a fully immersive, magical Christmas wonderland. We provided full set, props, animatronics, lights, sound and a fully theatrical show whilst integrating our set around the unique and picturesque venue in Clonakilty.
We also provided performers and full training for the immersive experience to coincide with the timed tickets for each show, running for the month of December with a total of 295 individual shows. With further collaboration, we continued to grow with expanded emphasis on the visitor journey within the experience, with a focus on story telling and visitor interaction with the project ending in 2023.
